This unique hybrid conference offers you the opportunity to learn from some of the best global leaders in the country while combining local conversations. Designed for those who engage volunteers, service delivery programs, and nonprofits, this one-day training event features five internationally renowned speakers. The training presentations will be broadcast live to conference sites throughout the United States and Canada. Participants will receive handouts and worksheets, network with local attendees, and connect with nearly 1,000 peers virtually at over 50 remote locations. Our speaker lineup includes talented experts who promise engaging sessions to help you enhance your volunteer programming and create a deeper foundation of skills and knowledge.

Sarah Sukhram
Sarah Sukhram, Pasco County Animal Services’ Volunteer & Foster Care Coordinator. Recognized for her leadership and dedication, Sarah received the 2023 Emerging Leaders award and was named Pasco County’s Employee of the Year. Outside work, she enjoys fostering kittens and training for her first marathon.
Adam Janes
Drawing from his experience in fostering intentional communities, Adam will share how kindness, curiosity, and creativity are key to making an impact and gaining influence. We’ll delve into the significant themes and subtle actions that garnered senior leadership’s attention and buy-in during Adam’s journey.
Rob Jackson
With nearly 30 years in the voluntary sector, Rob has excelled in roles focusing on volunteer leadership and management. He co-authored The Complete Volunteer Management Handbook and From The Top Down – UK Edition.
Tracey O’Neill
With over 20 years of leadership in volunteer engagement across not-for-profit, health, and government sectors, Australian social worker and Certified Volunteer Administrator Tracey champions transformative and ethical volunteer management while fostering advanced leadership in the sector.
