SHOW THEM THE MONEY: ELEVATING THE IMPACT AND STRENGTH OF VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT

HandsOn Suburban Chicago is proud to host the Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference (VMHC) for the third consecutive year. This one-day professional development event blends national expertise with local collaboration to strengthen and elevate the work of volunteer managers.

As a leader of volunteers, you already know the transformative value volunteers bring to your organization and community. But does your leadership, staff, and board fully recognize it? This year’s theme, Show Them the Money: Elevating the Impact and Strength of Volunteer Engagement, is designed to help you demonstrate the true return on investment of volunteer programs — not in dollars raised, but in outcomes achieved, capacity built, and lives changed.
