SELF-CARE: BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN KNOWING AND DOING
November 12, 2024 | 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
In recent years, the term ‘wellness’ has become somewhat diluted, often reduced to a buzzword devoid of its original significance. While many individuals are aware of the behaviors conducive to overall wellness, they often struggle to implement them consistently. Despite this awareness, achieving wellness remains a challenge for many. This begs the question: Why do we struggle to prioritize self-care? In this seminar, we delve into the nuances of wellness and self-care, recognizing that one size does not fit all. Through interactive exercises, participants will explore the true essence of self-care and uncover personalized approaches to fostering well-being. By dissecting the ‘how’ behind effective self-care tools, attendees will gain practical insights into nurturing their holistic wellness.
Central to the discussion is personal boundaries — the cornerstone of self-care. Participants will learn to identify and establish boundaries tailored to their current circumstances, paving the way for accelerated progress toward their self-care objectives. Join us as we embark on a journey to unlock the transformative power of self-care and redefine wellness on individual terms.
